PNRAudits.com came about in 2025 through a combination of two companies, Fare  Audit Inc. (FAI) and Partnership Travel Consulting, LLC (PTC). Fare Audit was founded by Martin Morrison 30 years ago,  and his son Joe joined the company as Chief Technical Officer right out of college.

PTC was founded by Andrew Menkes 25  years ago in January of 2001 and has 15 Consultants around the globe.

On January 1, 2025 Martin (Marty) Morrison stepped down as President of FAI to become the Senior Board Advisor, and Andrew (Andy) Menkes assumed the role of President of FAI in addition to his role as Founder & CEO of PTC.

Fare Audit started as an airfare audit company ,and PTC has provided TMC  audits to its clients for years. In recognition of the synergy between the 2 companies, we've added this new website dedicated to providing comprehensive auditing services for corporate travel bookings for all aspects of the PNR (Passenger Name Record).
