HOTEL AUDITS
The largest opportunity for savings in a corporate travel program is the hotel costs.
It starts with ensuring that your company’s negotiated hotel rates at your preferred properties have been loaded, including LRA (Last Room Availability) where applicable.

The next phase of hotel auditing is at time of booking to see if your employee booked a hotel at all. If not, it’s called an unattached hotel. That means your employee booked the hotel on their own, and in an emergency in that city he/she cannot be located. In addition it’s more likely that the price of the hotel is higher than your discounted rates.

PNRAudits will email the traveler in all of the above instances, other than when the booked the preferred hotel but didn’t get your negotiated rate; we will send an email to the hotel sales manager to update to your lower rate.
